The one hundred units surround five separate garden areas, with a swimming pool, spa and barbecue for every twenty condos.
Turnover is low; recent sales have been in the $400,000 to $425,000 range.
The Club employs an on-site manager and office staff and its own maintenance staff.
A few units are available for rental through the Club office on a 30 day
minimum basis. Rental rates for 30 days are as
follows:
November 15 to January 31: $3,800
February 1 to April 30: $4,200
May 1 to November 14: $2,000
Note: Daily rates after 30 day minimum are based on
1/30th of the above rates. There is NO sales or occupancy tax on rentals of 31 days or more. There is a $200 security deposit
(refundable) on all rentals.
